Biz not appreciated 4/21/2012

I want to 1st say that I have never wrote a review before but felt tonight was one I could not resist. ? I own a business in Framingham and always want to support local businesses. ? We usually have the Chicken Bone deliver but tonight we decided to go out and enjoy music and dinner at the Chicken Bone. ? We sat at the bar and ordered a couple rounds of drinks and the we decided to order a large order of wings and ribs. ?We asked if we could have 3 different favors and they said ""no, you can choose only. 2"" ?(BTW Wings over Framingham always lets us order 3 flavors) when the food came the ribs were dry and the chicken could of had more sauce so we asked for more sauce and I noticed the bartender change my bill which she leaves in front of me. ?I picked up the bill and noticed .99 charge for dressing and 4.17 for 3 side sauces. ?I asked the bartender what these chargers were. She said the dressing was a mistake and the charge for 3 sauces is for the extra sauce. ?I asked her? ""since the ribs are dry and that we would like more sauce with the chicken your going to charge me"". She said ""yes, we charge for extra sauce. ""I then said "" but the ribs are dry "". ? Eventually the manager came over, which I then told her about my experience and then she said that I haven't been able to let her speak. ?I then told her she doesn't have to say anything but to get us more sauce which she stuck to their policy which we then asked for the check. We will never order from the Chicken Bone again. ?Amazing! In my business I so much appreciate my customers which they have a choice to spend their money with me or my competition. ?Business goes where it is appreciated. more

The new face of The Bone..... 3/5/2007

Over the past few months the chicken bone has gone under a major face lift. They have knocked down walls, put down a new floor, and a new sound system, not to mention the 13 or so flat screen tvs that are everywhere, they also have more that just blues, they have branched out to rock, funk, reggag rock and other. Fourtunatly they have not really changed the menu... This place is great for an afternoon lunch, after work dinner and night life. Pros: Great value, Free live misic, friendly service, cool atmosphere, more

Great Beer and Wings spot 11/21/2005

The place isn't much to look at, but the wings are great and the beer is cold. Add live blues mucic on most nights and you've got quite the winning combination. The jukebox is pretty good. A great place to start your night, or end your work day. Pros: Food, Music, Price more

great chicken 7/19/2002

This is the absolute best place to enjoy Chicken wings. Buffalo, southern fried, BBQ,with or without bones, everything is outstanding. I recommend Big Joe's or the thermonuclear !!! And don't forget the cajun sweet potato fries. Great food, great blues, and plenty of local color. You just have to go there and experience it. Pros: Food, Music, Cheap Cons: small Dive, Crowded at times, smoky more
