WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
I ordered shutters from this company. I'm having a nightmare of a time dealing with this company. They will not return my calls, or they put me on hold and never return to the phone. They are very dishonest, BUYER BEWARE. I spent thousands of dollars for them to install shutters. They installed them but now my back windows cannot open more than 2 inches. When I called the service dept I get the run around. They do not return calls. It's like they take your money and you never see them or hear from them again! I also ordered an extra remote control for the shutters and paid for it over the phone, they promised to deliver it, it has been over a month and still no remote. They said that they would send a receipt to show the cost for the extra remote and they never did. When I call their office I get the run around or the receptionist says she's going to send it and never does. This company is a rip off. I hate that I ever got involved with them. I'm now going through BBB and my credit card company to try and resolve this without having to go to small claims court. I WISHED THAT I HAD NEVER USED THIS COMPANY. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
