I live in the inland empire but I would drive all the way out to Chiba for sushi. Thats how good this sushi place is. The owner, Shig, is so cool! I was on the protein diet for awhile and he made all sorts of delicious dishes. You can tell how skilled he is with the beautiful presentations. Don't be fooled by the sushi restaurants in Corona!
Their fish is so fresh - definitely the best sushi place all around.
It is in a bit of a strange location (looks like a hole in the wall from the outside) but once you go in, you will definitely be impressed.
