Chi Town Best Windows

I never write reviews but this time it was a MUST, recently had my windows replaced by chi- town I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I am with there great quality of workmanship and great window they offer, plus there price was great, super happy and satisfied. Since they did a such a great job I am having them do a apartment building that I own. \r I highly recommend them!! more

I had to coment on chi-town best windows ...I had windows done on my house and I was extremely happy wow what a great job they did the windows where beautiful and proffesionally installed and they also capped the exterior of the window...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND them to everyone... infact sister is getting her windows done too,,,,thanks again chi-town for a great job and a great price!!! more

They were hired to replace my roof and windows. Doing the repair of my roof they broke my plumbing stack and covered it up with shingles. I have been receiving water in my house from within my walls due to the stack being/ broke and pushed down into the walls of the house. The windows they replaced had wood trimming which they removed in order to remove the old windows and install the new. The trim was damaged, wood split, and not reinstalled correctly. The windows were half caulked which caused my house to be colder than it was with the older windows. Cons: poor work more

April of 2009 Had siding replaced on my home and garage Also gutters and soffits, new doors and new garage door and new windows in my family room I am more than satisfied with the work that was done. Neighbirs came from down the street and said the house looked really nice, They wanted to know who did the work, I recommended this company and they used them for work they needed They came back and thanked me for the recommendation and told me they were very satisfied The company is very reasonably priced and very thorough and detailed in their work process. after several estimates and alot of research I decided to go with Chi-town. I had all my windows replaced and was very satisfied. the windows are excellent and the install was great they even insulated around each window , the exterior of the new windows where done too. the crew who installed where very nice and cleaned up after the work was done. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. After receiving $30,000 the owner refuses to return any of my five calls to him regarding the siding separating from the building, some of the fascia has completely torn and fallen from the building, and the soffit is literally hanging from my front porch. This is the second time that has happened. The owner also promised $300 per recommendation and he neglected to follow through with that promise after a friend of ours used his business for installing windows. I believe this man is dishonest and hides behind his secretary/wife as she screens his calls. I have my own before and after pictures for anyone to review if they so desire. I bet they would assist you in your decision making. more
