A great job every time! 9/9/2010

Chez Bow Wow isn't cheap, but not only do they do a great job each and every time I bring my pooch to them but their convenience, friendly staff and genuine love for the animals they care for makes it worth every penny. The staff is great and has (on numerous occasions) waited for me to come to pick up my dog even though I was late. They could have closed up the shop and I would have had to wait until the next day to get my terrified Poodle, but instead they took their own personal time to allow me to pick him up. Now that's service! more

Good for Grooming! 7/14/2009

My shih tzu mix is not a fan of going to the groomer. The staff here has always been good. My favorite groomer left about a year ago but the remaining staff members are all quite skilled. My dog always looks great after leaving the shop. The prices are a bit higher than I would hope to pay, but since they do a good job, I don't mind paying the price. more

Good haircut that left me to wonder 11/17/2008

Very skilled cutters, but seemingly impersonal.\r \r It was my one year old, submissive dog's first haircut after which she was naturally stressed, but limited time was spent to tell me how she responded.\r \r I found the service rushed and didn't get much about the process, it being new to me. Not much was said about what made the experience better/worse. It was the end of the day and the place, behind the counter, seemed hectic and unorganized.\r \r However, it was a good hair cut, I wished i knew more about how it came about. more

Excellent Grooming 8/2/2008

Chez Bow Wow is excellent. I took my poodle mix there for the first time, and was worried about her cut. The groomer assured me that she would look pretty and not to worry. Well, when I picked my dog up didn't even recognize her. Her cut was fabulous, and her coat was soooo shiny. I received so many complements about her grroming while walking her. The customer service was excellent too. I dropped the dog off for the entire day, so it was very convient for me. They even put a cute little pink bow around her neck. The are excellent groomer, and you should def check this great place out. more

Great customer service 1/28/2008

Chez Bow Wow is a great grooming salon for pets. I took my new rescue dog there this weekend to get a complete new look and he came back looking great. The staff was very caring and compassionate and also very gentle with my scared dog. I would highly recommend their services for their skill, professionalism, caring attitude, and location (which is great, if you live in Northern Liberties). I felt very comfortable leaving my Winston with them for the day. more
