I have been in desperate need of a more reliable vehicle, something I could use to cart my growing family around. Some would say this would be an easy task, but with valuables in my vehicle I want to know that they will be safe. The guys at Pittsboro Chevrolet not only went over every vehicle in great detail, they were patient, courteous, and knowledgeble about the vehicles on their lot. I was so impressed by how down to earth everyone seemed, from my salesman, to the sales manager, even to the service manager, they really put the FUN back into buying a car!! Everyone was more than willing to make my buying experience perfect. I have been looking everywhere for a New Silverado. Not only did they have the exact color in stock, but it actually had the exact equipmet that I was looking for in my new Silverado. The sales experience was second to none. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my life time, these guys treat you like a person not a number. All of the staff was extremely professional and very courtious. Some dealerships will hold you hostage for hours, not these guys I was in and out of there in no time. Being a single female I have a few obsticles to overcome when shopping for a vehicle. First the perception of being taken advantage of as a female. I called several dealerships, all had the same sales pitch, come down and we will see what we can do. Then I called Pittsboro Chevrolet, All I can say is wow. The salesman actually asked me questions about what MY WANTS AND NEEDS. The other dealerships kept asking about my price range and payments. I felt like my opinion in this purchase was being listened to. I have purchased a few cars before, but by far this was my best experience at shopping for a vehicle. I finally made a decision to go and in and boy they impressed me with there courtesy and professionalism. By the way I am driving a new car and they beat my payment I wanted. Do not purchase a used vehicle here ,I did for the sum of $4200.00 ,lasted one day.Tranny problems reported to dealer next day.Brought car back to dealer,they confirmed tranny was defective.Dealers response was we will fix car for another nine hundred to two thousand dollars.When discussing problem with owner Joann Beal her response was [buying a used car was like rolling the dice ,you rolled and lost.This tells mealot about Pittsboro Chevrolet is taking a gamble.Dealer also admitted that they knew of an issue with tranny but they said it was fixed.I guess this also says something about their service department. The service was great . Pittsboro Chevrolet had invoice pricing on all 2007 & 2006 new vehicles which made the negotiation process very easy. There dealership is only twenty minutes from apex or cary . I took highway 64 to exit 383 then took a left at the stop sign and they were only one mile from there on the right. Well worth the trip. Pros: Best price on a new chevy and I shopped everywhere. Friendly enviroment. more
