I have never lived in such a horribly run place in my life. If you move to chestnut expect to over pay on rent, never get anything fixed, and be treated like they are doing you a favor for letting you live there. The company that owns this property loves their pockets padded and wont spend a single dime to improve the residents living quality in any way. Even if that means denying you things that you pay for in your rent. \r I would not even recommend this place to my worse enemy. more

Town apartment 3/7/2006

Bad experience with chestnut town apartment...I can never prefer to live there. Apartment is not very attractive. Interiors are dirty and never ever maintained.\r Look like very old modal. Two washers dryer in each building, some time they won't work and they will repair not in time.\r Not worth the money too... more
