Linda Werstiuk is a ""Saving Grace"" 11/2/2006

I reaquainted with Linda after I decided to cut (no pun intended) the ""every-six-week"", $350 hair tab out of my life for good. This is a stylist who can do it all! With all the new grey that keeps poping up on my head Linda's got great coloring skills to work with it in such a natural and flattering way. My firend told me that she's never seen my hair look so good! (FYI, Linda, I've referred her to you). Linda's also a wealth of information regarding skin care and cosmetics too. Superb Hairdresser 11/2/2006

Linda Werstiuk has been my hairdresser for about ten years. I have followed her to several different salons and now to Chess and Burman in Studio City. I live in Phoenix Arizona now but fly back to Los Angeles once a month just to have Linda do my color and cuts. She is a very accomplished colorist and always makes my hair look natural. I have dark roots and lots of gray but Linda makes me into a natural blonde! She is very knowledgable on a variety of subjects and I always enjoy her company. Linda was great 11/1/2006

This salon is set up different in that each operator has a private room, so you get a lot of individual attention. The salon is very clean and Linda takes her clients on time. Linda did a analysis on my problem hair, recommened some supplemental products and told me the best place to purchase them. Linda does her own shampooing, color, and cuts and styling and does a wonderful job on each of those. I changed my hair color when I began going to her and have received amny complements on the new color. more

Linda W. is a great hair colorist and stylist. I get so many compliments on my hair wherever I go. In addition, she has a great line of haircare and styling products that are natural and gentle to use. I highly recommend her and her products! more

Christine George (studio 26) is the best colorist 10/28/2006

I've searched high and low for a colorist for several years that wouldn't turn my hair brassy or orange. Not to mention the crazy zebra highlights that seem to be the trend for alot of stylists, no matter how much you tell them I want the highlights to look natural. I was finally referred to Christine George. Not only did she rock with my hair color she gave me one of the best haircuts. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable the entire time and she made sure I left happy. My hair has never looked or felt better. I just need to mention that she is booked at least a week in advance but she is completely and totally worth the wait. Pros: The best color and cut I've ever had and no pretentiousness. Cons: Have to call at least a week in advance. more

Finding a salon that's not too girly but not a barber/buzz shop was a task. I've been in Studio City for eleven years and have been going to Robb for 3 years. His cuts last forever and he is the coolest dude. Go See Robb in Room #3... Pros: Cut's / Parking more

I LOVE MY COLOR AGAIN....... 10/8/2006

This place is unbelievable. I treked out to Hair By Robb after reading all the glowing reviews on here and was not disappointed. I had recently had a very bad experience with a dye job at a previous salon and had also decieded that I needed a change from the Black Hair I'd had over the last 4 years. I went to Robb for a marathon color correction. My hair is now a beautiful reddish-brown.. Never in my life have I been to a better salon. Thanks Robb... Pros: NOT ONE THING more

Robb's Studio #31 8/25/2006

If you're looking for a salon with creative professionals.... that also happen to be warm and friendly and offer terrific service at very reasonable prices - look no further than Hair By Robb. Robb Ness, the owner of the salon, who did my color, could not have been better. He actually took me outside to see the color of my hair in natural light. He spent an incredible amount of time talking to me to find out exactly what kind of color and highlights I wanted, and then explained how he was going to achieve that. I am so happy with the results that I just had to write about it! Robb and his salon are clearly top notch professional who also happen to be great fun to be around. BEST COLOR EVER!!!!!!! 8/14/2006

Well this was my 3rd visit to Wendi and I promised last time I would go on and write a review..... sorry I have been a little slow at getting around to it. But I have to say this is by far the best hair experience I have ever had anywhere... anytime. First the cut was great, then I went back for color and was really happy. This time I decided to do some fun blonde and red! In the words of Sister Mary Catherine - I love it - I love it - I love it!!! I have a special someone that I recently met, and even he said he ""was diggin' my new locks"" - I thank you from the bottom of my heart Wendi, I really do. You have been so kind and interested in my overall ""hair goal"". I have to say that I have never had a stylist be so focused and on target with my hair. It's usually get in get out, NEXT! Thanks again...maybe we'll do a different color next time :-). Sorry it took so long for me to write the review, I really owe it to you. See you soon! C.J. I was having a very crazy day. I was late to my appointment but the Robb was very gracious when I arrived and even gave me a moment to just catch my breath!\r I've had convincing other hair designers that I really really wanted to try a short cut, but I always ended up to at least a couple of inches longer that I want, but \r Robb. You got it right on the first time..\r I defininately recommend this salon. more

I visit the LA area 4-5 times a year. I used to travel to LA for the shopping...now I visit so that I can be pampered by Robb at Hair By Robb!!! Robb continously provides the best hair cuts. He LISTENS extremly well, knows how to give the best cut for your face shape/hair texture and is extremly skilled/talented. Try Robb once and you will be hooked! Studio # 31 Hair By Robb 7/16/2006

I originally found Hair By Robb on City Search after moving back to California from the Midwest. I wanted to find a salon that would give me a hip look and not charge me a fortune. Robb has been able to do that everytime. He knows exactly what I want. Plus his color skills are unbelievable. It is worth the drive in from Valencia every five weeks. I tried this place not knowing what to expect! I had very long curly coarse hair and had a color job done really bad. I needed help , I went to Hair By Robb and met with Robb. He helped me learn about my hair and how to take care of it. I let him use his skill and take a chance to do whatever he wanted. All I have to say is that I was speachless when I looked in the miror..He's a real master... It was the best hair cut style and blowout that I have ever recieved from any hair salon... Hair By Robb You go Boy... 7/4/2006

If you have curly or straight hair, Robb will be sure to do a fantastic job! I have extremely weak curly hair that had not been cut or colored for a very long time. I had a picture of a haircut I desired which required me to cut my curly hair from the middle of my back to above my chin (this was so nerve wracking, but it had to be done). 1 hour later, 3 shades darker, and 6-10 inches shorter, my hair looked INCREDIBLE. Robb has truly won me over with his charm, capabilities and confidence. Thank you ROBB! I've never been so excited about a cut/color and had a great experience in HAIR BY ROBB. The music was great, accommodating, and entertaining. My friend also saw Robb, and I just want to mention how beautiful she looks. We both had a wonderful and humble experience.
