I have had 2 grandmothers and an uncle at cherry ridge over the past 15 yrs. I have never noticed an odor upon entering the facility or in the hallways. Both of my grandmothers and my uncle were very happy there and considered it home. Not only did my family that were residents there feel at home but we as family members always felt welcome. We were always pleased to see staff members up assisting/interacting with residents. I loved to see that the residents were out and about and not just kept in their rooms. I would recommend Cherry Ridge to anyone. more

I would not recommend CRGC to anyone. My father was there and developed severe bed sores from lack of care. The administration is arrogant and unconcerned about the safety and welfare of the patients. Thankfully, I was able to relocate my father to another facility and he has continue to improve. more

awful place 8/22/2008

its old, rundown and looks dirty. they have drains in the floor of the hallways and dining area which i consider a fall hazard. the public bathrooms and the whirlpools stay out of order. there is 1 cna to about 15 pateints, which means little 1 on 1 care. if you love your family i wouldnt put them here. Pros: nurses are knowledgable and friendly. most of cnas are spread too thin but nice enough more
