Don't bother. Furniture's relatively decent, selection is pathetic and the sales staff is pushy. The sales manager, Walt, is the store's ""heavy"". You get transferred to him if yoy don't like the answer someone else gives. He's rude and ugly. There is NO return policy of any kind. And if it is returned due to damage, you lose your $70 delivery fee. When asked about the return policy, Walt says ""we don't sell used furniture"". Good to know, you won't sell new furniture either, to me anyway. A shame, big empty house and nothing in any room. Steer clear, better stores with better furniture, staff and manners not far away. more

False Advertising! My wife and I saw a commercial this morning that advertised, free mattress' with the purchase of a kids bunk bed. We called to get the hours and ask a few simple questions. We were told to "Come in and they would make us a great deal." This guy failed to tell us the deal I mentioned on the phone (that was on tv 30 minutes before I called) was a "labor day only deal." We went in not knowing this, and he told us that was no longer going on. I asked what other deals can they make us. This jerks response was "Whatever the tag says, is the best I can do." Go in at your own risk, and notice on their website, there must be a reason they don't put any prices on their furniture. They hope you waste your time coming in, and then just settle so you don't have to look anywhere else. Pros: null Cons: null more

I bought a Dinning table , chairs and a desk from Cherry Orchard Furniture and am very pleased with them ALL. Pros: service Cons: price a little high, but not bad more

I recently bought a living room set. I have had the chair replaced three times and the ottoman twice, due to bad manufacturing. They agreed to replace the furniture a few times, then refused to work with us any longer. The legs on the set were put on with a bolt and the bolt doesn't hold so they just put wood screws in to hold them in place...and then the wood splits and the furniture is unstable. The first chair was delivered with a broken spring and sat to one side. The following two chairs also leaned to one side. This furniture became very uncomfortable. The management did not converse honestly with each other, therefore we ended up in court. In court, they agreed to exchange the whole set for another set of something else of better quality. I hope they stand behind this set because Kansas law doesn't allow you to return the set as a whole, only the pieces that are defective, therefore you may be stuck with a living room full of unmatched furniture. Pros: Lovely looking furniture, very pretty. Cons: Low quality at a high price, disorganized customer service. more
