We like this clinic. The docs are great, the entire staff is friendly and it seems smooth running and caring. We had a serious medical issue with my Mom and after visiting many other doctors, we found the medicne at this clinic to be superior and now she is getting great care. We have enjoyed coming to this office for years. They have replaced some of the front office staff and things seem to work much better. The physicians are the best. We give this clinic high marks. Dr. Kreutter is a wonderful doctor, however her staff is terrible. On one occasion my son was sick and we were 10 minutes late to our appt. and were told we couldn't see anyone until the next day, even though I have waited in the lobby for an hour to be seen. If you bring a sick baby there make sure you get an appt. with an actual doctor, often times they give you over to p.a. Micheal Johnson, who will take your baby's temp and give you with a prescription for antibiotics and call it good. Most recently I went in for stomach pain and the doctor sent me in for some labs, stat, which took a week and a half for me personally to get the results, only after I put in 5 calls to the rude staff, who treat you like a fly who won't go away. After I finally got to speak to a nurse she told me they would need to send me to a specialist, 2 weeks later and still no call from them, all of my calls go unreturned. Just found a new doc. Wow, I couldn't even book an appointment, there we so many road blocks. I couldn't get beyond the very rude receptionist. She was confrontational, pushy and when I tried talking she kept interrupting me and calling me ""Hon"". We are relocating back to Denver and switching health coverage, but will be insured. She would not book an appointment for me even when we said we would pay privately at the time of the appointment if our major medical (Aetna) had not kicked, which is in fact illegal. You are not required to have insurance to see a physician. She also wouldn't freely give me any information on what I needed to for a well-baby check-up or about her physicians. They don't have a website either. I was looking forward to a Doctor in our neighborhood, but I'd rather drive to our old doctor in Westminster than go there. The doctors are very good and the office is currently fixing any staff problems. Extra training is being given to the staff regarding customer service and good patient care. Some changes in procedures are being done to help the front desk run better. I am happy to take my family there. more

I am very doctor-phobic and getting up the nerve to go was hard for me. I got an appointment with Lisa Ingram only two days after I called. She was very helpful, listened to me, and took her time with me. She also gave me a referall to a specialist. She made me feel immediately at ease, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor. Pros: free parking, quick wait time, short wait for appointments more

I believe they got rid of the old receptionist (who was very rude) and they have hired a new front desk receptionist who is friendly even when it is obvious she is extremely busy. The best part about this office is that their is hardly any wait time and the medical staff is very friendly. Pros: Low wait time Cons: Doctor seemed rush during my last visit more

I too have seen Dr. Kreutter for many years, but after one too many awful experiences with the support staff I have decided to change doctors. I have had trouble getting records, been treated very badly on the phone and pretty much feel that anything I ask for will result in hostile attitude from the front desk. They were even unwilling to call my husbands alergy doctor in another town to confirm his need of medication. Instead we were told that he would have to come in for tests in 2 weeks to be performed by their office when this condition has been previously diagnosed by a specialist! Luckily, we were able to have the specialist call the prescription in directly. My husband would have suffered a serious reaction to the antibiotics he was scheduled to use during oral surgery. My doctor is Kreutter and she's a good doctor. I've been with this office for quite some time and have been displeased on multpile occasions with the office administration. They seem to ""lose"" my records regularly, and every time I call the office, I am placed on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. They seem to be VERY disorganized. It took them 2 weeks to produce my medical records when requested to. When I called to check on the records, they acted like I had never made the request even though I paid the $25 fee over the phone, and after holding for 20 minutes, I got the impression that they had lost my request and started a new one. On another occasion they had indicated that they would fax lab orders to the lab, so that i could stop by and have work done. When I arrived at the lab a week later, i found that the orders had never been submitted. I am looking for a new doctor, based solely on the performance of the front office staff. My doctor's visit was fine; however, when I called a few months later to acquire my records for a car accident claim, the receptionist was incredibly hostile and told me my records would take two weeks to be released. A month later and several phone calls later I have still not received my records. I work in a medical clinic and know it takes about 4 minutes to fax a patient's records to another clinic once the release has been signed. I' have also addressed HIPAA and AHIMA regulations and know that my records should have been released in a more timely fashion. Although the doctor herself was friendly and fine, I would not recommend the clinic based solely on her front desk staff and the face that I've had to issue a court order in order to receive my medical records.
