The Greatest Doctor Office 3/5/2010

I have been with doctor Kreutter for at least 12 years and have always received excellent help. She always has excellent staffs. I tried to change my doctor several times but had to come back to her. She is so friendly and chearful person and she really touch the problem and it always feels like I am in good and safe hand. If I don't move from Denver metro, she will be my lifetime doctor. Thanks. help from the billing department! 2/25/2010

I'm new to Denver and, obviously, to this practice as well as to Medicare. The first time I went there, Medicare had made a mistake on my account and denied the payment. The person who called me (Mary?) was very nice about it and told me how to handle it to get the problem straightened out. (It worked and they did get paid.) I had been concerned that, since it was their first experience with me, they might give me somewhat of a hard time. Not at all -- very supportive. Pros: good people Cons: don't know yet more

The Greatest Doctor Office 2/24/2010

I have been doctor Kreutter's patient for at least 20 years and have always received excellent help. I have had several different types of operations during the past 20 years and the doctors completing the work (passed to me from doctor Kreutter) have always been at the top of my list for their expertise and the nice people they are. I do not see doctor Kreutter very often. but when I do, it is always a pleasant visit. It is my opinion that doctor Kreutter is by far the best doctor available. My first choice for medicine in Denver 2/20/2010

I know it is a ways to travel but this clinic is well worth the drive. The best part is Michael Johnson who takes his time and is very well trained. He takes good care of me and calls back to see how I am doing. The staff is nice and I can get an appointment on fairly short notice. I've been getting sick more often than usual, My Mom recommended Dr. K. She is amazing. We are working on getting me healthy again. She really knows her medicine. I just love this doctor. I know she will get things straightened out. Pros: Caring and knowledgable more

Okay Doctor, BAD OFFICE STAFF 2/12/2010

Dr. Ingram was an okay doctor, but the office staff is terrible. They make you come 15 minutes early only to wait 30 minutes after your appointment time, they ignore you when you walk in and they are just rude. The office was also a far drive. I recently found another doctor much closer to me whose office staff is the complete opposite of CCFP. Dr. Ingram is nice, but her staff made me switch. I'm glad I made the switch to my new doctor. Good doctor, Horrible staff/billing department 12/16/2009

Dr. Kreutter has been a good doctor. However, like all of the other people writing negative reviews, I have had a very bad experience when working with any of the other staff members. Trying to get a prescription filled is like pulling teeth. I leave messages for the Dr./Assistant and they don't return them. The billing department doesn't bill correctly and won't fix it when they mess it up. I would not recommend this clinic due to how the office is run, it will do nothing but frustrate you. I'm coming back 10/28/2009

My husband and I have seen Dr Kreutter for many years, him regularly and me only occassionally--I like Dr. Kreutter, but I'm pretty healthy and not a fan of doctors in general. The last time I was in it had been so long since my last visit that they'd put my file in storage (at least 5 years)--and yet Dr. Kreutter remembered my last visit, my kids' ages, when my husband finished school, etc. etc. She has always taken the time to answer my questions, shows concern about my issues, and is VERY thorough. I recently tried a family practice that's closer to me and the rushed, unfriendly treatment I got there made me decide to stick with Dr. Kreutter--she's well worth the drive. The first time I scheduled a visit with Doctor Krueter I was very impressed with her bedside manner. She spent an hour with me getting to know me, and making sure I was content with the information she provided me with. And everytime I have been in to see Doctor Krueter I have been very happy. HOWEVER the Office Staff is terrible. I have never been treated so poorly on the phone by a doctors office. I had to call them 3 times to get them to call in a perscription to a pharmacy. Dr. Krueter had told me if I had any questions I could just call and speak with her or her P.A. regarding a specific medication. When i called to speak with the Doctor or her P.A. I was told that someone would call me back before lunch. No one ever did. I called back and they told me i just needed to make an appointment that they couldn't address my questions on the phone. I receive great medical care at this office and that's why I keep coming back. The staff up front has changed and they are easy to deal with and very friendly. The previous lady was replaced and the two new ones have great attitudes. My wife suggested I try this office as I was having issues with my previous clinic and I have never looked back. Great family practice clinic 3/11/2009

The office is well run, the providers offer great care, the front desk is friendly and eager to help, the change at the front is welcome with new staff with great attitudes. Best clinic I've ever been to. I always seem to get the crud each new year and they always take good care of me. The docs are great and the staff is friendly. The parking is free and they charge regular family practice rates. Pros: Excellent medicine Cons: Nothing comes to mind more

Great medicne and pleasant employees 11/12/2008

We have been getting our health looked after by these folks for many years. We brought our children here and many family members have been referred here as well. We feel they are compassionate, caring available afterhours and just a great office to work with. Our daughter had several complicatins with her health and Dr. Kreutter has been wonderful at nursing her back to health and getting her to a point were she can enjoy life again.
