Evaluating Cherry Creek Family Practice 3/31/2011

I have been under Dr. Kreutter's care for over 10 years. I find her to be a caring, knowledgable doctor who is always interested in knowing more about my health as well as my medications. I am a 75 year old female with multiple health challenges and depend on her knowlegde to help me to continue in my geriatric years. Her staff is always friendly and imformative and helpful. I travel about 15 miles to her office and certainly could find a nearer practitioner, but i dont think i could find a better friend or doctor. more

Great Clinic and Staff 1/6/2011

Just to echo the other reviews, CCFP has taken great care of me for the last ten years, including an early cancer detection during a routine physical that I'm very certain saved my life. Dr. Kreutter is an amazing doctor and diagnostician while Pam does a great job passing on all the pertinent information and keeping on track. Shey helps me with all my appointments and Mary has helped clear up any billing issues that I may have had over the course of all of my cancer treatments. Great clinic - even better staff! more

Best Doctor Ever! 10/11/2010

Dr. Kreutter is a wonderful doctor. I have been to several doctors and have found that Dr. Kreutter is the first doctor that really listens, cares, and countinues to follow through untill she finds out what is wrong with you. Her staff is friendly and competent. Pam makes you feel welcome and at ease. Her laughter is wonderful to hear. I am so pleased my daughter referred me to Dr. Kreutter. Dr Kreutter is a wonderful accomplished doctor which I have been going to for 10 years, I would follower her to South America if I had to. Best experience ever 7/3/2010

Absolutely a great clinic from check in to check out. The appointment setting is easy, the wait isn't long, you are respected and treated like a friend. The clinical judgement is second to none and the care I receive in the exam room is private and personal. I've been coming here for 2 years and look forward to coming for many more. Horrible Incompetant Billing Staff 6/24/2010

I was called in March saying that they hadn't billed me for services supposedly rendered 3 years earlier and demanding payment. The doctor I saw was no longer at the practice and I have not been a patient at the practice for 2 years. I disputed arguing that in that time I no longer had either the insurance nor the HSA attached to it and would have to pay it out of my pocket as opposed to it being covered by the HSA. We have enjoyed the care we receive from Dr. K and her staff. The new front office staff is exceptional and very attentive. The wait isn't long and the care is the best. We love Dr. K and how much fun she is. Keep it up CCFP, you folks are fabulous! Pros: Best primary care Cons: none really more

This establishment sees its patients, and connects to you in a personal and intuitive manner. PAM, the medical assistant had a smile that graced the room, and made me feel at ease... in a seemingly awkward position, ( Dr.s Appts. are never really that comfortable) I left the appt. feeling good, and cared for. Awful front office staff 5/18/2010

This doctor's office has less than curteous staff working for it and they have a horrible schedule system in place. It is not comfortable to call or walk into. I have experienced the horrible service on multiple occassions with multiple people and they never seem to get any better. They sent me across the street to get x-rayed then didn't ever send the x-ray order over making it so I had to go back a second time. Then the doctor on file for me didn't remember seeing me two weeks earlier. They never apologized and they never have gotten any nicer. Let's just say my husband and I are on the hunt for a GOOD family doctor to go to. Pros: conveniently located Cons: horrible customer service in the front office more

Great Doctor and staff 5/13/2010

I have been going to Dr Kreuter and Michael Johnson for 12-13 years. They have been great! On several occasions they have squeezed me in when I needed shots for last minute travel or had concerns that didn't warrant emergency room but did call for immediate care. They have gone above and beyond helping me navigate insurance coverage. Pros: Friendly, helpful, flexible office Cons: None that I have experienced more

Efficient, Comforting, Caring Practice 4/14/2010

I have been going to this office for about five years and have Dr. Kreutter for my primary care for about three years. She is very caring and easy to talk to about your health. The staff is very efficient from getting an appointment made, minimum waiting and payment. Pam, the Medical Assistant was very friendly and timely with my physical checkups before seeing the doctor. Shay and Dr. Kreutter helped me with billing issues and making sure I was not charged for any unnecessary services since I no longer have insurance after being laid off last year. I am very happy with my care at the office and appreciate their flexibility. Pros: Easy to make appt, friendly atmosphere, efficient staff more

Cherry Creek Family Practice is Great!! 4/13/2010

I have been coming to Dr. Kreutter's office with my children for just over 13 years now, since my oldest daughter was born. I now have a 4 year-old and I love that the staff knows us and remembers details about our lives from past visits, even if we go some time without needing to be seen. I am always able to get appointments when I need them, and always with who I want to be seen by. The front office staff changes every so often, but the doctors have been consistently wonderful and Dr. Kreutter knows her stuff! Michael Johnson is another favorite of ours because he makes the kids smile. Child number 3 is on the way and will also be going to Cherry Creek Family Practice! Thank you... good experiences 3/29/2010

I've been going to CCFP for about 8 years, when I moved to Denver from Colorado Springs. The office staff has changed since I started going (which is pretty normal) and the new staff (not sure how new they are since I only go once or twice a year) is perfectly friendly. They've gotten me in to see Dr. Kreutter or Michael Johnson same day when I call and it's an emergency. I've NEVER had a billing problem -- NEVER. Dr. K is very good, easy to talk with, and I find her staff just as helpful and easy to work with. Pros: central location, good docs & physican's assistants more

A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE 3/12/2010

I am a fairly new patient for Dr. Kreutter and her wonderful staff and the service I have been receiving has been exceptional. Dr. Kreutter is friendly and so very knowledgeable. The staff members I have had contact with are Shay, Pam, and Brian and they have all be very helpful and willing to give that personal touch that is so very important in a doctors office.
