There is no way my experience could have been better! From the moment I was greeted by Sally, until my goodbye hug to Dr. Montegut, I was treated like a princess. They are a wonderful team, and make me feel extremely comfortable and confident with their fantastic demeanors. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone! Best ever! more

I have gone twice for a tattoo laser removal. The first time was probably a year and half ago and the last time was late last year. I enjoy the results of the session better the second time than the first time. When I went the second time, they mentioned that my first session hadn't been as succesful due to how the laser was used, therefore I didn't really see any type of improvements. The second time I was able to see the results once it heeled. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was that I obviously paid the same price for both sessions even tho the first one was unsuccessful due to the doctor not operating the laser correctly. But I really like the reception staff in both occasions. They were very nice and and went out of thier way to be helpful. more

Great, I needed some red moles taken off, they were lasered off, have not come back again, I wish I had the money to come back and get some other little facial issues lasered off but I can't afford it right now. But I would definitely come again if I could. more

Flawless experience 6/1/2011

My facelift surgery was performed in November 2005. The procedure went smoothly and the post surgery care in the cottage was outstanding. The after care of draining the fluid and overseeing my recovery was excellent. The entire staff, from appointment receptionist to business manager, to surgical nurse, to post surgery care nurse, and of course the surgeons (Dr. Chernoff for the surgery, and Dr. Huang for post surgical care) impressed me as being very caring, competent personnel. I felt I was in very capable hands. Plus I loved my results and almost 6 years later people are still commenting on how young I look for my age! more

I always feel taken care of and heard whenever I am in Dr. Chernoff's office. I drive over an hour to come and see Dr. Chernoff or his associate's. I never hesitate to pick up the phone if I have a question, his skilled staff is there when you need them. more
