I had heard so many great things about Chenal Pet Palace so I decided to leave my dog there for a couple days so that he could get used to being away from me when I start going on trips. He did great!! They really liked him there and took really good care of him.Thank you so much I will be using you all again in the very near future. more

great groomers 11/3/2011

I always bring my dog here when I have to go away on business. I feel very comfortable leaving him there. He always comes back energized, fresh and clean.I love bringing him here. more

Great groomers 10/31/2011

We have not used Chanel for pet boarding yet, but we do get our big girls groomed at Chanel. The girls always look and smell great afterwards. Keeping their coats maintained and their nails short has also helped make our home look a little nicer too. I think the prices are fair and the groomers know how to handle dogs of all sizes, one of our big girls is pushing 90lbs. more

Chenal Pet Palace is wonderful for my dog. They always give him the luxury treatment. He feels at home and comfortable whenever I bring him here. Definitely highly recommended. more

I do not know if the colors and decorations in the rooms appeal to my dog, but it appeals to me. My boy watches animal planet and has a dog door at home, so when I bring him to Chenal, I think he already feels somewhat comfortable. I also think my dog is really well taken care of here and recommend Chenal to any pet owner. more

Bowser loves it!!! 10/20/2011

I always take my dog Bowser to Chenal Pet Palace so that he can socialize with other dogs. He loves it there!!! They groom and pamper him and play with him until he is worn out!!! He always comes back refreshed and smelling good.I also leave him when I go out of town every couple of months. They take great care my little Bowser. more

We love Chenal Pet Palace! We have a 2 year old doberman and we live in a condo (probably not the best idea). Snoop requires a lot of exercise which we cant always give him so we take him to the Pet Palace 5 days a week. He is treated like he is their own. He comes home everyday completely worn out. I have been to a lot of the doggie daycare in town and the Pet Palace is by far the BEST!!! more

Awesome 10/11/2011

Very Trustworthy: We have 3 dogs and are new to town. We moved back to AR from FL and dont have anyone to watch our "children" while we fly back and forth to Florida. Chenal Pet Palace has done a wonderful job keeping our babies safe and well taken care of. We would never trust anyone else but Chenal Pet Palace with our 3 dogs. They're GREAT! more

Awesome 10/11/2011

This place rocks! From the doggie day care to the spa, this place is one of the best! I have been bringing my dog, Kalie, here to get pampered for over two years now and I love the way they groom her! She always looks great, smells extra fresh and comes home with a big smile on her happy face! We also use Chenal Pet Palace as a place to leave Kalie a couple times a month to interact with other dogs and get out some of that energy! I can tell she loves it! A big thank you to Chenal Pet Palace for taking care of Kalie! This place gets my highest recommendation! more

I have no problem leaving my dog at the Pet Palace when I go out of town. The rooms available for the dogs are awesome. A tv with all the animal planet my boy can watch and some of the rooms even have a doggy door that goes outside, so my boy can go in and out as he pleases. I secretly think he loves when I go out of town, cause he knows hes going to paradise. more

This is the perfect place for our dog. Chenal pet Place is a great environment for dogs. She loves coming over here because she knows she is going to get to play with other dogs. I cannot think of any better place to take my dog! more

Best Kennel in Little Rock! 10/4/2011

My family and I love this Chenal Pet Palace! Our dogs have been going here for quite some time now. Our Dog gets excited and drags us through the door when he knows that he is going to be dropped off at Chenal! I would highly recommend this kennel! I would not trust anyone else with my dog! more

Jackson is more than a dog to me- hes my other son! When my family and I had to travel across the country at the last minute, I was so grateful to have found the Chenal pet palace. I loved how its nice and clean. I was nervous to leave him at first, but once I saw that Jackson was fine, so was I! Big Thanks to the pet Palace, you all are life savers! more
