loving and careful staff 4/25/2012

I take my Bella in to get groomed at least once a month and it seems that she comes back home rejuvenated and rested and as playful as ever. Its very comforting leaving my baby with people who have such a passion for animals. more

We used Chenal Pet Palace for our Chocolate Lab, Stella. Everybody was very friendly and our dog seemed to really enjoy her stay. I would definitely use them again. more

I bought my 2000 Forester at Royal Moore and have been getting it serviced here ever since. I'm completely satisfied. It's not the closest Subaru dealer to my home, and I still drive past one to get here. more

Wonderful 3/19/2012

I take Mikey to Chenal Pet Palace at least once a month for his grooming. He must know every time we get ready to go there because he always gets so excited! They treat him and I great so we keep coming back. more

Chenal pet Palace always takes great care of Henry. I am very pleased with their services. Every time I pick him up, he seems exhausted, which is a good sign. Thanks for all you do. You guys are awesome. more

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and will know your pet by name with in a couple of visits! Plus there are a lot of cool perks for example, pet parents are allowed to bring any of their pets favorite items from home. Blankets, beds, toys, etc. more

This place is great! They answer the phone when I call in to check on her, and really seem to pay extra attention to her, without charging crazy fees. They are extremely accommodating when it comes to drop off and pick up hours. I am definitely pleased with their service! more

What a great place to board your dog! I have used this kennel several times, and have loved it! I know my dog isn't having a bad time when he is here. He has animal planet... how much could he hate that? more

In good care with Chenal Pet Palace 12/7/2011

We love leaving our sweet Molly at Chenal Pet Palace! We know she is being well taken care of. The facilities are always clean and safe for her and the staff is so nice! She actually gets very excited when she gets to stay there and that makes us feel better about having to leave her. Thank you! more
