Frank from Chem-Dry was very thorough and explained the cleaning process as he went along. The carpet now looks brand new and the furniture looks great. Wish we had called them so...

Did a great job cleaning my tile and grout and my carpets. Would recommend them to friends and family.

I would not hesitate to Tell any one to use DryChem .After having them clean my carpet I will never understand how someone could use the steam rug cleaners. Chem dry made my 3 year old carpet look like the day I had it installed!!! I will tell anyone who will listen Chem Dry is the way to go! more

Very good experience 8/10/2011

Mike and Matt did an excellent job! I could tell that they took extra time to make sure my carpet came out clean and looked nice. There were some tough stain areas they worked on with great success. I'm so glad they told me about your spot remover to help maintain the carpet in between cleanings. I can't believe the very next day I spilled some charcoal on my nice, clean carpet! Made me sick to think I could have ruined the carpet but, thank heavens, your spot remover worked pretty good and there's only a slight smudge in one spot which may come out with another treatment. Mike and Matt were courteous and professional - a credit to your company. more

Very impressed-AGAIN 3/10/2011

This is the 3rd time I have used Chem-Dry. This time there were 2 gentlemen, forgive me, I forgot their names. Very professional, informative and they did a wonderful job on my carpet. I was only going to get my livingroom and bedroom done, but they gave me such an affordable estimate, that I got my dining room done also. My livingroom rug was an embarassement; it looks like a newer rug. My husband was very impressed that it did not "stink" and how quickly it dried. My sister downstairs also uses Chem-Dry and loves them also. I would recommend Chen-Dry to anybody. Sincerley, Jodi more

Excellent cleaning job! 2/22/2011

ive had tons of carpet cleaners in my time but these guys were amazing, my carpets look brand new and they got out most of my pet urine spots some that were there for years, there was a coffee spot there from the previous owners that no one could get out and they got it out! The guy was articulate and explained each process they use, i was hesitant because they were a bit on the pricy side but now it was like getting brand new wall to wall carpets for that "little" bit of a price! more

Better than ever! 2/8/2011

I have been a Chem-Dry customer for many years, and I have always had a satisfactory experience. This time was even better than ever. j The two young men, CRAIG and CASS, were extremely diligent and conscientious in doing their job. They double checked the fabric content of rugs and upholstery before starting the job. They assumed nothing. Then, they thoroughly vacuumed the entire area, including the perimeter and baseboards. ( I have never seen that done before. ) They did a superb job eradicating most of the traffic pattern on my 10 year old carpeting. All in all, it came out better than I could have hoped for. That's why I gave them a 5 star rating in every category. more

Great job by very nice guys! 12/14/2010

In spite of a snowstorm with rapidly accumulating levels, the guys (Nate and Cass) arrived within the alloted timeframe and finished rapidly with a great job of cleaning. They pointed out the defects in the carpet at the end, and advised me about drying time. I always use Chem- Dry for cleaning in my 4 unit apartment. It is an effecient and reasonably priced service. And the carpet isn't wet for hours afterwards. more

Chem Dry did a very nice job on our rugs. The folks who came out were very nice and professional, finishing the job in a little over two hours. The rugs look great - not sure when the little spots will come back out, but we are generally pleased with the results. more
