This was my third time using Chem-Dry by the Millers. I had always had a urine problem with my dogs, and other cleaners I had used in the past were unable to take care of the problem. So, I had Chem-Dry by the Millers come out, and they took care of the problem. They are a little more expensive, but definitely worth it. The technicians are clean-cut and they always give me the price before they do anything. They are also willing to work with you to stay on budget. more

I thought I was going to have to replace my carpets. My two Irish wolf hounds and Chihuahua got loose while we were on vacation and made a mess. There was urine, feces, and some other unknowns, you name it, it was there. I decided to give it one shot with a professional cleaner to see if I could save it. Chem-Dry by the Millers saved me thousands! Thank God I picked them over other cleaners. Other cleaners I talked to said they could not do much, But Carey over at Chem-Dry by the Millers was the only cleaner who said they did have an effective treatment, so I decided to give them a try. They got all of the urine smell out, the stains are almost all gone and we learned a valuable lesson. I have never had better service and results out of any cleaner. Well worth the price!!\r more

Scheduled an appointment to go my carpet cleaned and when the technicians finally got to my house (30 mins late), the insisted on telling me what I HAD to have done to my carpet and that I could not just have a basic clean. When I refused and had them leave, they lied to their manager (who believed them). The manager called me, only to repeat what they said when they came to my house. I usually dont write reviews, but this was by far the worse experience I've ever had. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A RATING!!!! Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING! more
