Chem-Dry by the Millers

Very professional techs! So nice and fair on the prices. I had dog urine and it's 6 months later and it still looks brand new and my dog stop going in the carpet! I would request Dakota and Travis there the most friendly and respectful. 5 stars! more

I have three small dogs that aren't trained very well and After getting a very surprising estimate from chem dry by the millers the staff explained what had to be done for pet urine and that just cleaning over it with out treating it may cause further damage and how long that the bacteria can live in your carpet(4yrs)I love my dogs but I for don't want to be walking on my dogs urine for four years...after the job was complete and the following weeks later the odor and the stains my dogs left are gone..the carpet looks great I will always have them back.. more

just bought a new home in san antonio. after we bought house we found out the former owners had three dogs. my daughter is highly allergic to dogs we thought for sure we would have to replace carpet. we did not have the money to replace carpet at this time. we decided to call a carpet cleaner to try to salvage them. our realestate agent recommended chem dry by the millers. to cut to the point they came out gave us a fair price and did the work. one month later no problems with allergys. the carpets actually look brand new. i will recommend them. more

found chem dry by the millers in phone book. had them come out to clean three rooms that were stained badly. they got all stains out and my carpets looked like new. The next day my maid spilled bleach on my carpet and made three spots. So I called chem dry by the millers back and they patched the three spots and the carpets look like new again. This company is awsome. more

Had chem-dry by the millers out to clean my carpets in new braunfels. they also cleaned my uphostery and i will have them back to clean my tile and grout also. They also did carpet cleaning for my 2 brothers in san antonio, and my sister in austin. They cleaned carpets for my aunt in sequin, and my my mother in New braunfels also. Thats funny, I just heard my mom say they cleaned for my grandparents in Austin before they passed. I have heard nothing by great reviews of chem-dry by the Millers. Always look for the Millers!! I like Chem Dry because it is a fast drying product and the whole cleaning process does a better job than steam cleaning which wets down thru the padding. They also have a great product to spray on for easier clean ups between cleanings. They are a attentive to my needs as a repeat customer, and accomodate my crazy schedule. when they arrived they were polite and professional. they removed pee stains and removed marksalot spots that my puppy caused-I was most impressed with them being able to remove these spots because I have used three other companies to clean my carpets before and they all told me they were permanent stains. I am going to use them again. more

I have had my carpets, my couch, and my tile cleaned by other companies that were cheaper in price. The work they did was also cheaper. That is why I use chem dry by the millers. They are more expensive (not by much) but you can rely on them to do an excellent job. I am willing to pay the little extra to get clean cut, prof, hard working people to do work for me. more

So I tried chem-dry instead of using Stanley Steamer like we usually do b/c we had a coupon. When I called to make the appt, she told me it would run somewhere between $250-275. She also said the difference between what they do, and a ""steam cleaner"" company is that the carpets would be dry within 30 minutes b/c they don't saturate the carpets. FIRST problem: they were supposed to be here between 1 and 2pm. At 2pm, I called b/c they were not here, and I was told they were running really behind, and she would call me back. She then called and said they'd be 20 minutes. My issue is that I have little kids whom I was trying to keep out of the house while this was going on. We ended up driving around doing nothing while waiting for them to finish. PROBLEM #2: They told my husband it was going to be $500+! They had quoted me $250-275. I told my husband forget it, and to send them on their way. They then ""magically"" dropped the price to $316. PROBLEM #3 She told me that the difference between chem dry and steam cleaning is that they don't saturate the carpet, and that the floors should be dry within 30 minuted to an hour. It's been 5 hours since they left, and our stairs are SOAKED. When you walk on them, water comes up between your toes! Now I am worried about mildew and mold growing. I called to speak with the owner, but he was already gone. My husband is right now soaking up the water with towels so that it doesn't sit wet all night. PROBELM #4 Our carpets don't look any better! We've only had this carpet for 2 years and have NO pets, so our carpet didn't look too bad. My husband didn't even think we needed it cleaned. Of the few stains that were there before, THEY'RE ALL STILL THERE! What a wasted of money. I will definitely be calling someone else next time...and maybe to fix the carpet from THIS time. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! more

Paid $898 to have my stone cleaned in my kitchen? You have got to be kidding. They were here 1/5 hours and charge that amount--no wonder they would not give me a quote on the phone. Looks good but I didn't even pay that much to have it put down--would never use again. That is a rip off. Should have called someone else more

I recently had Chem dry clean an area in my home that had been severly damaged by pet urine and feces. Not only was the staff professional and effecient but they did a great job. I thought that I was going to have to replace the carpet in the whole area, but they made it look like new again. Best value for my money that I have ever experienced!! I will never use anyone else. more

I have used chem dry by the millers five times and every time it turns out excellent. They are polite and professional. I recommend them especially over other chem dry companies in which I have had bad experiences with. more

The guys were awesome. No false promises or hidden charges, they explained everthing while i walked them thru my house and i felt comfortable enough to go back to work and let them take care of the carpet. I was suprised when i came home to see just how much better my house looked. The carpet felt so soft and seriously looked like new. they left no trace either i expected to find something but these guys were truely professional. i recomend these guys to everyone. more
