I needed my carpets cleaned. I used to do my own carpets and had never had them cleaned professionally. I looked in the phone book and found Chem-Dry Tri City. They were close by, and I liked what their ad said so I gave them a call.
The cleaner who came out was so pleasant and assured me that he'd do the best job possible and for me not to worry. He was honest about some of the stains not coming out, but I knew going into this that my carpets were older and were very stained. Before he started, I asked if there was anything he needed me to do and he told me there was nothing he needed so I went about my business.
When he called me down I was absolutely shocked! My carpets were so clean! The one really stained one looked like a brand new rug! I couldn't believe it. Also, I wasn't sure how it would smell, and it smelled good. There was a light and lemony smell. I also liked how he informed me that they also have the ability to clean tile. He explained the service and told me pricing. I absolutely will use them again! This was a great experience.
