The manager of Check N Go Simi Valley, Kim Walton, is amazing! I went in looking to cash a check and Kim informed me that they also offer Western Union as well as pay day loans. I had never heard of a payday loan before, nor even knew the first thing about how they worked. Kim took the time to explain the process to me, and sure enough 2 days later my sister ended up in a car accident and needed extra cash. I sent her to Kim and my sister came home overjoyed with how she'd been treated. Kim really took the time to care about my sister and her situation. Kudos to Kim and Check N Go!!! Highly Recommended! more

Best Customer Service Around! 3/24/2011

The service I received from Kim, the manager at Check N Go, was by far the best service from a check cashing facility I have ever gotten. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable while applying for a pay day loan. Kim made sure to make me feel like I was not a failure, as I felt I was. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends, and will certainly use her again if I hit a tough spot. more
