Awesome computer repair shop! My sony desktop had a huge virus, and all my files were lost. I was not sure what to do. Luckily, these guys are amazing at what they do. The manager Sunny fixed it in just 2 hours! Very friendly and professional service. I used them for all my virus removal needs now in owings mills. more

Owings mills best computer repair shop!! 5/1/2012

I have a small business, and three of my computers got a big trojan virus. Heard very good thing about this computer repair shop. Called them, the technician was at place in 20 minutes. Fixed my problem in couple of hours. Very happy with their service, and businesses should definitely use them! more

Best computer repair franchise! 2/23/2012

These guys are the best! They have fixed my mom's laptop as she had a virus on her laptop. Few months later, my laptop dc jack was bad, and they fixed that as well. Mr. Sunny is a very friendly guy up there, and always helps whenever needed. Local shop, but very professional. Very happy! more

My hp laptop was not charging, and one of my friends told me the dc jack inside the laptop was not working. I called these guys up, they gave me the best price quote. I took it to them, they just took one day, and fixed the problem! Very professional service. more

Best computer repair shop! 2/14/2012

Very happy with their service! My computer crashed, and needed a new system. These guys placed a new system, gave me microsoft office, and a great anti-virus for a very affordable price! Its been over three months, and havent had a single problem. Happy customer and 5 star for this company!! more

Dishonest! 2/12/2012

After initially being satisfied with their services, I returned with a second computer that needed to be repaired. After three weeks, they finally told me it was fixed, but when I took it home, the computer crashed. This was the same problem I had when I brought it to them. I took it right back and they apologized and said it would be fixed in one week. One week turned into three months as they kept telling me that they were ordering parts and only needed more time. It was always an excuse. Finally I got so disgusted that I threatened to file a report with the police because they had just lied to me one too many times. Sonny eventually returned my computer to me and promised to send me a refund. It has been over 6 months and I am still waiting for the refund. Just another one of his lies. I would not use these people again if they were the last computer repair place in town. more

Best computer repair shop! 2/8/2012

I love my dell laptop, and one day suddenly, the desktop would not show up! I researched a lot, and found out it was an operating system problem. It was very worrying because I had my picture, documents, music, everything in there. I called 3-4 computer repair shops in owings mills, and got the best quote from them. Took it to them. Customer service was very friendly. They told me it will be done by the end of the evening, and it really got done by end of the evening! I was very happy, as they also retrieved all my documents and pictures, and gave me a very nice laptop back! I am glad I used them. A+++++ more

nightmare experience 12/15/2011

Check out the F rating on the Better Business Bureau (Columbia branch - but all branches are all owned/operated by the same guy). I was told my laptop couldn't be fixed. It was returned stripped of parts, including the hard drive. It's been several months and they keep saying they'll return the hard drive but haven't, so I have no way of knowing whether it was really corrupt and busted or whether it was ""recycled"" through the side business of selling computer parts. My phone calls go unreturned. I lost thousands of photographs. more

My laptop died, and I thought I would not get my data back. These guys did not get only my data back, but also made the laptop working again! I have used them many times, and they are always good. Please use them for your computer repair services, trust me they will live up to the expectation :) more
