Found my forever Vet. The Dr's are great there. Dr. K really takes the time to give personal service. He is fantastic at explaining any issues your pets have. The staff is very friendly and they never keep me waiting. more

Dr. Bailey rocks! I've switched vets at least 3 times over the past decade trying to find one I liked. He is the best in the area. He knows about the best treatments, is compassionate and caring, and uses common sense in explaining options. I took my pup there for many years, and Dr. Bailey took care of him until the very end, even sending a personal note after I lost my pet. He didn't push me to have unnecessary tests or expensive treatments. My dog wasn't scared, and the doc took time to bond with him before starting to poke and prod. I didn't feel rushed and got answers to all of my questions. They even followed up with phone calls to see if my dog was feeling better. more

In the search for a Dr. to care for my 4 month old blk lab puppy...I knew I had to be very particular...especially due to my very first experience in our lovely city of Cary NC.\r \r I first took my puppy to ""what seemed to be the most convenient place"" Petsmart/Banfield...what a mistake! Yes...I do enjoy going to Petsmart for pet toys and food...but taking my puppy there to see a vet was ridiculous to say the least; it's like taking your 3 year old to Toys R Us to see the Pediatrician!! And...when I did get in to see the vet...she was very rude, didn't explain A THING to me, abrupt, in a hurry, unprofessional, and was not nice to my new puppy at all...and this was his first vet visit!! I left that day vowing to never return to Banfield, ever again!!\r \r I went on a hunt...I wanted a place where my puppy would be treated kindly, warmly, and by professionals in a friendly CLEAN...and non-distracting atmosphere...I found it with the Chatham Animal Hospital!!\r \r Dr. K took his time with me...and my puppy Raphael. He was very calm which was soothing to Raphe, and to me. Dr. K explained so much...and even gave me a book of information to take home to read. He showed jars of real heart-worms that really hit home with me...I had no idea!! He treated Raphe sooo nicely, and liked the sweet, over-joyed, over-sized lol - happy-go-lucky puppy he is. \r \r We all left feeling good about our experience. *We'll be back; we've found a Dr. who truly cares!!\r \r Thank you Dr. K, and the super NICE staff at Chatham Animal Hospital!!\r \r -Tessa & Paul Crews & of course...Raphe : )\r \r \r \r more
