Glad the owner finally got rid of the store manager and security guy Dennis. Nikki and Dennis was robbing him blind without a gun. Every since Debbie and Christy left those two old dirty and nasty one's been stealing from Heston. They were quick to accuse other employees of stealing and they been the thieves. Nikki has a serious drug problem and Dennis was selling store merchandise out of his car trunk all over Charleston. Good for Heston to finally get rid of them two evil employees. more

I was hesitant about coming into this store, but after hearing that they have 24/7 Security it was easier to go in. The girl behind the counter helped me find something special for me and my boyfriend and we also got 15% off because it was couples day! (Tuesdays and thursdays is couples day) We had such a comfortable and relaxing experience and we will definately be back again! more

Chateau exxxperience 7/7/2011

Went in to get some goodies and it was a good shopping experience. Do wish they had a bigger store, but all sections were fully stocked. The customer service was nice and friendly and very helpful. I do think the prices were pretty fair compared to other stores i've been to. Highly recommended. more

This place has everything!Its basiclly a super store thats full of adult goodies! There prices are unbelievably low...best in town!trust me iv been to all of them that are here locally.My girlfriend especially liked the adult theater they have.awesome staff...very knowledgeable!Will definitely will be coming back! more

They had it all! 2/10/2009

I went to the Chateau to buy things for my sister's bachelorette party. The chateau had everything I needed from games to prizes and even had an appropriate cake mold for the occasion! My sister and friends were so impressed with the party and I owe a lot of it to the sales girl that helped me. more

Good: I liked the service, the girl that waited on me really knew what she was talking about. They had such a huge selection of adult novelty's. more
