I went there last week to open up a new bank account with my wife. i asked the worker if there are any promotions he can offer us he said there arent any right now. about 4 days later i see there was a promo going on. so i call up and ask if they can apply it they said they cant. i even tried to cancel my new account and they said they cant cancel my account just to get the promo. i dont know if Chase sucks but this bank on Ave M definitely does. will never use them again.
