I beg to differ that anyone disagree that the landscape crew were all americans that installed plants in my gardens. They had a very professional edge that completed the job perfectly according to the plan... I received 10% off the retail price of the plant material, so the cost of the project around $2000. The quality vegetation has been Insect & disease resistant since installed & are still thriving because it was the better quality/ certified Louisiana & Southern Living Nursery stock that was utilized. Carolina Charvet quote was very detailed / pricing was transparent. The crew was excellent with service and the landscape design kept to it's concept of being neat & sustainable for decades. I am extremely satisfied with the recent refurbishment of my pool & courtyard landscape by Ms. Charvet. The workmen were the utmost professional, skilled and friendly. Since I had a lot of work done all at once, the 20% off coupon for plant material helped keep the cost of the project under $2000. The plants she used were bought & brought directly from local Louisiana growers because of the better quality & certified Nursery stock that was free of any pest, insects and disease . I went to Charvet's and found the most incredible spiral junipers. I had been looking at every web site and garden center for over a year to determine the perfect design for my back yard between my deck and the fence. I was inspired! They are beautiful and so much larger than the ones at the other local nurseries that I compared them to. The Robelini's were nearly 8 ft high in the pots and were gorgeous. I decided to purchase all my trees and flowers there for my project. more

I went to 2 other Garden Centers and left with a price of $150 and $125 for a Sweet Olive tree. I stopped in at Charvets on my way home and was shocked with a price of $19.99!! I bought 2 and got great advise on other plants. more

I have had a lot of success with their plants. They are not as expensive as some of the other nurseries but they are much better than retailers like Home Depot. more

Charvets are inexpensive but they don't always have a wide selection. The plants are usually pretty healthy. The staff makes every effort to answer your questions, but are not as knowledgeable as some of the other local places. more
