Charter One is the worst bank I ever met. They set a lot of traps to get your money. don't believe what they said. For example, free checking account. Some day you found your account has been changed and a lot of service fee added into your account. If you did not review your account frequently, you will never know it. When you called them, they just showed some documenations you never saw. All agreements you made before with them when you open account are gone because they said there is no records.
Pros: Worst Bank
