Charlotte Top Moving exceeded my expectations of a moving company. I had never hired movers before, but didn't think that I would be as pleased as I was. I will be hiring them again when I move. The guys were very polite, they were on time, there was no wasted time, and Charlotte Top Moving \r even made sure everything was okay right after the move. This company did good job with my move. I received a very good price, it might have been a tiny bit higher than some of my other choices, but when i checked online their reviews and their status, they were the best of all the choices i had. my experience was very pleasant, during pickup the movers were very fast, they packed all my things, they wrapped my stuff in blankets and wrap. everything was well covered and protected, i watched how they put everything on the truck, they were careful with everything like if it was their own items. the guys were very efficient, not wasting time and doing their work like they had been doing it forever. after that, i had to leave my things in storage for a couple of days while i drove to the new house, but as soon as i called to tell them that i was ready for delivery they told me they had a truck leaving with my things the next day. i recieved my items about 4 days after. it was amazing service. i reccommend this company alot.\r \r more

I am writing this review to let everyone know how wonderful Top Moving really is! I called in a couple weeks ago frantic because I was scheduled to move with another company and at the last minute, they said they couldn't move me. I was supposed to start my new job and needed to get out of my house ASAP, so I called Top Moving. I found the sales team to be responsive, compassionate and very professional! What a HUGE difference from what I had experienced with the other company! They set my mind totally at ease and were able to schedule me with short notice and guaranteed my delivery for the following week. Everything, from the initial call, to the final delivery went off without a hitch and I am soooooo happy and relieved there are still true professionals working in the moving industry today! If you are looking for an absolutely wonderful moving team, call Top Moving! I have already referred them to several of my colleagues and friends who are planning moves in the next several months!
