On May 20th I accompanied my son, Antonio Simmons, Jr. for his 6 month check up at Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry. My son has been a patient there for all of his pediatric dentist...

This is the only place my son has been for his dental visits. The staff are nice and friendly. Sometimes they are overbooked and the wait is a little long more

My daughter had to get a cavity filled in and I was worried that this experience would make her scared of the dentist as it has done to a lot of kids. But your staff made her feel relaxed and she walked out of the office as if nothing happened. We even were joking in the car about how when she smiled only the left side of her mouth went up!! Thank you for making her feel comfortabl. I think i was more scared than Ava :) more

Hello my son had a good appointment with you all. The day before he was a little scared (I think he just thought about the doctor office..giving him shots). When we went home that day I showed him pic of your office and what the dentst does and he relaxed. Then he was looking forward to his apt. and he acted like a big boy (he's 6). When we went home last night he showed me his bag with his goodies..told me to let him lay on the pillow after he ate so I could floss between his teeth for him. Over all visit was excellent and look forward to working with you all as his dentist office. Thanks more

4 teeth pulled 12/31/2011

my son recently had four teeth pulled, and I must say the staff was friendly and helpful. i had 2 small children with me as well and was unable to sit and stay in the back with him,I waited in the car with the kids until he was finished. The staff called my cell phone and gave me all the follow up care instructions afterwards, it definately made this visit, a smooth and easy one. more

Great first appointment for my 7 year old son! He took all of the advice from the professionals. He came home ready to floss and keep good dental health. Timely service and excellent individualized attention. Very pleased mom! more

I was screened on the phone with heaps of questions regarding my child and my insurance coverage, then had to write the Sam exact information on forms on the appointment day. Saw the dentist for 5 min, was told by a non medical employee my child's treatment plan. When I questioned the treatment plan this person could not answer my questions with accurate information. After my child completes the dental work our family dentist is unable to do, I will never return or recommend this practice. It is focused on cranking out quantity of visits at the sacrifice of quality. more

Tyler came home empowered that he conquered his fears! Your team made him feel very comfortable and because things went exactly as his dad and I explained, he is now a BELIEVER in dentists! This is such a blessing to me because I spent my entire life afraid of the dentist and dont want my children to live in that fear. So thank you for all that you have done for both him and Tre over the years and I consantly recommend your office to those looking for a dentist! You are the best in town! God Bless! more

Excellent Staff 12/16/2011

My son had fallen and hit his front teeth. His usual dentist was not working that day. Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry agreed to see him right away. They did an excellent job! The staff from the front desk to check-out were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. more

I think the dentist needs to speak with the parents about the procedure that needs to be performed and then again after the procedure. It di not seem profession al to have the assistants speak with the parents regarding the need for the work, the cost and then again after the work was complete. more
