Excellent Massages by Karey Campbell 6/25/2008

I have never felt sooo relaxed! This was the most amazing massage I have ever had. I am a massage junkie and have had many different massages. But, Karey was able to diminish my longstanding headache completely by working throughout my neck and shoulder areas. Her technique was similar to those of physical therapists I have been to for treatments. The spa is soothing, and Karey also used hot packs on my tight muscles. Her experience & knowledge was impressive. Also, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Karey for an exceptional & thorough massage! Pros: relaxing atmosphere Cons: none more

Great brow wax, rude front desk 10/25/2007

The brow waxes are great! perfectly arched brows every time. The front desk is, however, not the best. They act put out by having to check you in or check you out. They are usually on the phone and I have to wait to check in or pay. I'm never greeted with a smile or a friendly hello. Also, usually when I call I am put on hold. more

I have been going to Charles Scott Salon and Spa for the past 10 years. Every time I am there I am greeted promptly and I have received the very best service!!! Their salon and spa have been fabulous to me and all my friends that go there. The owner Chaz has always made a point to say "Hello!" and go out of his way to make sure my experience is awesome. He is truly a owner that cares about his clients!! Thanks Chaz for everything!!! Pros: Everyone does their job well and you feel welcome. They are appreciative of your business!!! Cons: None more

Avoid this salon! 4/11/2007

Have been to Charles Scott several times, mostly because it is convenient to where I live. Not impressed with the talent of the hairdressers, receive very mediocre service for the money and the receptionists are rude and indifferent. They cancelled my hair appointment on two occassions without letting me know until I actually showed up at the salon. The receptionist thought it was kind of funny??! Finally decided to change salons. Will not ever return to a CS salon. Their services are too much $$ for the poor quality service and talent. more

What a pampering experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. I had the one hour massage, mini facial, spa manicure and pedicure. This visit was a gift, so the gratuity was not included in the gift card. There was no question from the front desk about leaving one. I did of course, the staff was deserving. I was very pleased with my visit as I had a color correction and hairdesign. The front desk was very polite and professional. My colorist was very educational on what to expect and how to care for my color. The owner took care of my hair design. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and approach to haircutting. I am very excited about my new design and color! The staff seemed quite professional in their attire. I was impressed with the front desk image of uniform, name tags, and headsets. Seemed very busy but handled clients well. Loved decor. I received a spa tour and I am anxious to try their spa. Pros: ambiance, friendly, menu of services Cons: parking more

The color and cut that I recieved was lesser quality than if I would have gone to the local elementary school, and had the art class do my hair. Pros: nice building Cons: talent, attitude more
