The Powell location of Charles Penzone is a smaller salon in a strip mall off of Sawmill Parkway. It is easy to miss, unlike their large Grand Salons. They have most of the same services, including nail and spa services along with the expected hair services. The customer service was very good. My hair turned out beautifully smooth, even though it was curly and frizzy when I went in. I got the exact cut that I requested and it was styled just the way I wanted. It looked even better the next day!
The salon was very clean and well maintained, with beautiful pots of flowers at the entrance. The atmosphere was relaxing and serene.
