Fran and Brad had our furnace and AC in and the old one out in 1 day. We had a couple laughs along the way and we found the little surprise when I was showing my wife the new large filter. We replaced 23 year old Lennox equipment with new Lennox equipment. more

He did an excellent job i'd give him a ten. Also answered all of our questions Plus we have HEAT.It may be a few weeks before we can get him back to finish the basement. waiting for carpenters to finish If you want to bill us for this part you can Thanks, Jim more

Check and service HVAC system 7/11/2017

Daniel R is a terrific service technician. Courteous, polite, prompt, and thorough. He put on shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt into our home. Thoughtful, yes? His knowledge of HVAC systems and trouble shooting skills are top notch. Should we need to call Chappel Central for another heating or a/c problem, I will ask for his assistance. Thank you. more
