Chappell Central did a great job installing our furnance and air conditioner. EXaminec the new system. Brad and Fran were very knowledgeable and friendly. Good clean up after work...

Quick, friendly service 6/6/2017

Our AC went out during the first hot days of the year. We received a quote one day & they were able to install the unit the next day. Friendly service & will definitely use them again if our furnace goes out too. Fair pricing. more

From my phone call to the office on Monday to the furnace replacement on Tuesday, everything was totally efficient and top notch. Tom, the service tech arrived the day I called and said we needed a new furnace. Randy sent us quotes and the very next day Mark installed a new furnace. Unbelievable that so much could happen so fast. The whole job was neat and clean and super quick.Even though, a furnace purchase was not in our plans, we definitely needed a new one and contacting Chappell Central was definitely the right thing to do. Great job to all involved. more

Chappell central, has always done a wonderful job and they truly care about the service they provide. Seth P. was our service provider for today and he made sure to let us know what was wrong and what he was all doing to fix the problem. He was very professional but also extremely kind! I would 100% recommend their service. more

Great service! 5/4/2017

When my furnace died during dangerously cold weather (-10F), Chappell Central was the only HVAC company willing to come out on a busy Friday afternoon. Furthermore, their care and concern was evident: while the other companies were indifferent, Chappell Central promised to take care of me. They drove 30 miles out to Litchfield that afternoon (twice!) and got my furnace running. I was interested in replacing my decades-old furnace/AC, and I was pleased with their service. Randy Sather was easy to work with in developing options and coming up with estimates for a new system, and Brad Steffen did an excellent job installing it.Thank you! more
