This apartment complex has a great location (Chapel and Pensacola - near Doak Campbell). The apartments were rennovated last year and they now have nice faux stone tile flooring in the kitchen and living areas. The apartments are spacious (for the rent and location). The tennants are generally very friendly and outgoing. Being pet friendly, there are a lot of puppies running around. Sometimes the complex turns into a party-plex with kegs by the pool and loud music. If that's not your chosen environment this might not be the right place for you. I couldn't live there now, it simply is too noisy...but I made a lot of great friends and had a lot of good times at the Terrace.
