Reasonable 11/15/2005

I took a tour of these homes and spoke with a few reps at Chapel Oaks and I liked what I saw, Their homes seem to be in a nice area and they were very clean and nicely layed out. The only reason I didn't get a home is because they increase your rent amount 10 dollars every year you stay and the starting amount was as much as I am paying now and I have a lot more so I stayed. Other then that I liked what I saw :) more

Chapel Oaks Town homes is a very nice community of town homes to live in. We lived there for several years and really liked our place. They have lots of rooms and they even have some town homes with basements. The rent is very reasonable for the amount of space that you have. A good place to live and a great neighborhood. more
