My appointment was suppose to be 1/2 hour for my Mani which took 15 minutes. My pedicure was suppose to be 60 minutes and was at best 40...

Massage and Facial 11/9/2011

I have a massage and facial about every 3-4 months and I enjoy every minute of both services. Marissa does a great massage and makes sure she delivers the service your request. Paulette is the best when it comes to facials, she analyzes your skin and suggests what she thinks will work best for you. I have been to other day spas and they just can't compare with the services I get from these two ladies. more

A little disappointed 11/8/2011

I have had multiple facials here with varying experience. This time the facial was good but was disappointed that the steam room wasn't working and was never informed when checked in. Just a little disappointing. more

Terrific Hair Experience! 11/4/2011

I have been coming to this Salon for now, over three years, and have enjoyed every experience. My hair stylist is Karina and she truly gives wonderful service for an outstanding experience. She represents Changes very well in that she is a great listener, has a positive demeanor, is amiable and has a strong work ethic and I believe I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get my hair done other than Changes. I feel prettier when I leave The Salon (with my hair looking sexified) than when I come in! =) more

Excellent Service 10/27/2011

This is the second time I have been to this salon, and I always appreciate how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is about hair care, processes, and products. They know exactly how my hair texture will respond to different cuts, treatments, and products so I exclusively go to them for advice and consultations. I travel from San Francisco to Walnut Creek just to go to this salon; they don't have the snooty attitude of many of the salons in SF. I will be coming back! more

Amber did a fabulous job on my nails, manicure & pedicure, as usual! I also thought that Venus' work on my hair was inspired - I love it and have gotten so many positive comments from others. Margo also did a great job and we had a good time. more

My mother had the most perfect french twist done by Jasmine. I had a lovely half updo done by Reese that was intricate and elegant. I was getting many compliments on it. The best part was that our hair held up through the night. more

I've been waiting for a salon in my area to have the Platinum Seamless Hair Extensions and lucky for me since I already go there, Changes Salon finally started doing them. Lauren put them in and she did a great job. She was very knowledgeable of the product and I felt at ease with her. My extensions look wonderful and I'm very pleased. more

It's a beautiful and serene facility, with a very skilled staff. Marcelina is my favorite masseuse. She's an expert in a variety of styles and quite attuned to her clients' needs throughout the session. more
