VERY RUDE!! 12/28/2010

Friends car was towed and the owner, Wes Bailey, was very, very rude and unprofessional!! He was very confrontational, almost as if he wanted to fight! If your looking for a towing company to use, LOOK OVER THIS ONE!!!! My friend is going to file a complaint w/ the BBB because of the way Mr. Bailey behaved and handled the situation. more

Never Again! 7/26/2010

had a car towed from an accident the guy was very rude. didnt speak to us until he loaded the car. wouldnt take the car where we requested. wouldnt accept insurance wanted cash only. left us stranded. and didnt even tell us where he took the car. worst experience ever. Cons: very rude, not cooperative more
