Great food but absolutely dreadful service and this has happened multiple times.

The steak was OK, not great maybe, but good pub fare. Might be a good idea to offer a veggie side as an option. Delivery guy was polite. Delivery took place before time ordered - good. Worked well for me in my delivery mode. I will order again. more

Awful service! Rude, inept when dealing with customers and a valid issue. Felt sorry for the waitress who was required to wait on us. The place was basically dead and her first day and not one of the other staff, standing around, bothered to help train her. Good food does not compensate for poor service. more
