We have really liked our apartment. It seems as if the upper management truly cares about the people who rent, but the corporate office and front office here are not friendly, approachable and make you feel like a bother. We have had few real issues, but have been spoken to very disrespectfully when those issues have come. They are not honest at this location and do not deal with renters well. If you can find a different location, I would encourage you to. The actual space we live in is nice with few issues (plumbing, air leaking through doors, noise levels). We plan to leave as soon as our lease is up. more

DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THESE APARTMENTS 3/15/2012

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS OR GIVE THEM A SECURITY DEPOSIT. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. IT HAS BEEN ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. FINALLY THEY TOLD ME LAST FRIDAY THAT I COULD GO PICK UP THE REFUND CHECK FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE WHICH IS LOCATED OFF POPLAR. WHEN I GET THERE THE CORPORATE OFFICE TELLS ME THAT THE CHECK IS IN MY HUSBANDS NAME AND THAT HE HAS TO PICK IT UP. EVEN THOUGH I SIGNED THE CHECK TO GIVE THEM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THE APPLICATION WAS IN BOTH OF OUR NAMES. THESE APARTMENTS ARE RUN BY A BUNCH OF WOMEN WHO HAVE ATTITUDES AND KNOW NOTHING. THE CORPORATE IS WORSE. DONT WASTE UR TIME! IT IS A JOKE! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK FROM 3 1/2 MONTH AGO! Pros: null Cons: null more
