I took my car in for a regular service and everything went very well until I received a call from Leo a few days later saying that I had a coolant leak that he was not informed of while my car was still there. I had to go back in a week later to get it fixed but Leo recognized the mistake and even got me a rental car since they had made a mistake and I should have never left the first time around without being informed of the leak and most likely getting it fixed right away since the car is still under warranty. more
