Very Good 11/28/2016

I met Johnny on our first stop. He was very polite and professional. Dad was helpful as was Jose who helped up on our follow up visit and purchase. My only negative point was I was presented with a price when I first look\r At the car. And when I came to buy the car I told Jose the price I was given and my counter offer. And then some "closer" walked out from the back and told me the price was supposed to have started 3000 higher. I don't appreciate the gang tackle. I've walked out of dealerships for that tactic. But I like Jose. He was courteous and straight forward to deal with. I will check in on my next car. more

As usual, it was very good. One suggestion I would make, is to do the asked-for smog check before the battery change so that it actually gets done, and the customer doesn't have to drive around for days until there's enough information to do a smog check. This isn't a complaint, just a suggestion. . more

Rubin knew the product very well and was able to answer all my questions. I was going to buy a GMC truck but I got a much better feeling talking to Rubin and since the trucks are so similar I bought the Highcountry over the Denali. more
