Pet Hospital was only interested in taking x-rays and doctor examination for the money and clearly not interested in the health of my cat. This was the most horrible experience I've had not only did they rip me off with a bill, they knowingly caused undue pain and suffering to my cat. Pros: null Cons: null more

Beware 10/15/2011

Very disappointed in this place. I have a umbrella cockatoo named Tiki and she came out worse then then when she came in. She had a scrape around here ear with feathers missing and a sprained leg. I dont know what happened and called and they failed to come forward or call back to what had happened. All I know is somebody there, the techs or what did something or seen something happen and did not write it down. Tiki is now on her third day and is still not eating right. I am very angry and will never use this place again. Again they did not even have anough gutz to call me back more

My dogs enjoy going to the 9/7/2011

I just had surgery on my Doberman Bryce for on imbedded fox tail in his Right jaw. I have a medical and Farm back ground so I do almost everything myself for my many animals. It was wonderful to work with a vet that understood. Dr Ellen Champagne is wonderful. I've noticed all vets charge more than at home in NC , but I love my animals sometimes you just need the best. more

AFTER LOOSING OUR PRECIOUS LITTLE BOY, A HANDSOME PERSIAN NAME BEAR, WE WERE , WELL ... VERY HEART BROKEN. IF NOT FOR THE LOVE AND KINDNESS OF KINGS ROW, OUR DEPRESSION WOULD HAVE HURT FOR MUCH LONGER. SARA, OUR VET.suggested adoption. NOW WE HAVE 2 BEAUTIFUL BOYS AND ARE FULL OF LOVE N JOY ONCE AGAIN. Great Vet Clinic 4/13/2009

I am very impressed with King's row pet hospital, I just took my puppy there and he had a very comprehensive examination, and the price was reasonable. The staff seems professional and the facility is immaculate. I don't see how you can go wrong with them, I have been to 3 other vet's in Reno and so far I like this one best more

All they want is money. 10/23/2008

I had to put my dog down due to incurable medical problems. All Kings Row was concerned about was how and when I was going to pay the bill. They do NOT care about you pet just your money. more

Great Vet! 8/18/2008

I have a dog and we have been going there for over 12 years and the staff is always so welcoming. we just got a kitten and excpect to have such great service with her as well as the dog. They are always ready when you come in and you don't have to wait the long. It fits my budget : $47.50 for a check up how could you go wrong. I think i have recommended them to everyone i know espically volunteering at an animal shelter people always come to me asking which vet i recommend and my first answer is always king row. The doctor is very expirenced and rarley ever gives you a hard time So go to Kings Row. more

The greatest Vet known to man 1/23/2008

Dr. Ditsworth at Kings Row Vet Hospital is the greatest vet i have ever dealt with or known. He has geniune concern about you animal and you can tell he really cares. If you are looking for a new vet or want to change vets he is the man to go to. I can not say enough good things about him! more
