Jamie was just here and did a wonderful job of installing a part for our oven. He even let me sweep the floor once the oven was pulled out and wipe down the sides so I really appreciate him indulging me. We are always pleased with the maintenance staff when they come to our home and of course all the Chamberlain staff, friendly and helpful. more

I cannot recall the name of the plumber who completed my request on Friday, Aug 12 but I want to say he was extremely thorough and professional. When he found out the shower had originally been plumbed wrong, he took the time to fix it. He clearly takes pride in the quality of his work and I appreciate that, just wanted you guys to know. Hello, Chris. We wanted to write to let you know about the delightful experience we had whilst looking at aproperty on Jasmine Court last week. We were met and shown around the property by Fran, who was the mostpersonable and informative agent we'd met. Although the house wasn't exactly something that would meetour needs as a family, we mulled long and hard over the possibility of making it work simply because of the interaction with Fran who is obviously a seasoned professional who knows how to show and sell homes. We did find a rental in Heron Bay that works for us but if we need to rent elsewhere next year we hope Fran is still around to show us properties. It was a nice experience and reflected well on Chamberlain. Thank you for sending Fran to meet us. more

I have enjoyed living in the Merrywood Apartments for the past four years and I would recommend CPM to others. You take care of the property and prompt response to maintenance requests have been exemplary. I want to especially express my appreciation of the property manager, Orval Salisbury and his wife. As a single woman I always felt safe in Merrywood and property was well-maintained and peaceful. I never worried about anything and they were always so helpful and friendly. I will miss them. Thank you for the great four years. I hope someday, If I return to Carlsbad, that I will have the opportunity to rent from you again. more

I wanted to reach out to you so that I can extend my thanks for Ashley Rosas's outstanding service. She has been an absolute life saver for us. I currently have our rental property 4070 Lake Circle Dr. in her very capable hands and because of this I can sleep soundly at night. Moving out of our family home and putting it up for rent was a difficult thing to do. We were fearful someone would move in and not take care of it the way my family did. I had no worries once Ashley started handling everything. She found great tenants and was always there if I had any concern about my house. I am thrilled that Ashley takes the worry out of renting out my home. Shannon Blakeslee has also been instrumental to helping things run smoothly with the property and the tenants. Did I mention she handles everything with a smile? She has been very understanding with our requests and has done an outstanding job taking care of both the tenants needs as well as ours! Also when there was an issue with the pressure regulator on the house, your maintenance team was outstanding with getting the issue resolved ASAP for the tenant. They did a tremendous job with keeping the tenant happy and me informed making the whole process as quick and painless as possible. We will be moving back to our rental property next month as I recently accepted a job offer with a new company that will have us moving back to California. We are definitely pleased with our choice and would recommend Chamberlain for Property Management services and will not hesitate to use Chamberlain in the future! more

When trying to find a home, we looked at a few houses with CPM. The agents were not courteous or helpful. A few of the ladies in the office actually exhibited a great deal of bad attitude on the phone and sent rude and insinuating emails. I was like other prospective tenants told my budget was too low, and was even told it might not be the area for me. Ashley and Madeline were completely useless and lacked a single bit of customer service! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! VERY POORLY MANAGED. more
