I have enjoyed living in the Merrywood Apartments for the past four years and I would recommend CPM to others. They take care of the property and prompt response to maintenance requests have been exemplary. I want to especially express my appreciation of the property manager, Orval Salisbury and his wife. As a single woman I always felt safe in Merrywood and property was well-maintained and peaceful. I never worried about anything and they were always so helpful and friendly. I will miss them. I hope someday, If I return to Carlsbad, that I will have the opportunity to rent from Chamberlain again. more

I would like to extend our praise for Fernando. This past week, and pretty much our entire stay here, he has gone above and beyond for our repairs. We forgot to list a broken kitchen drawer on our maintenance request. While here to fix our disposal, Fernando noticed it on the kitchen table and went ahead and fixed it. He is always very kind, professional and does a fantastic job. We couldn't ask for a better maintenance technician. more

I want to thank Chamberlain for Ashley Rosas's outstanding service. She has been an life saver for us. I currently have our rental property 4070 Lake Circle Dr. in her very capable hands and because of this I can sleep soundly at night. Moving out of our family home and putting it up for rent was a difficult thing to do. We were fearful someone would move in and not take care of it the way my family did. I had no worries once Ashley started handling everything. She found great tenants and was always there if I had any concern about my house. I am thrilled that Ashley takes the worry out of renting out my home. Shannon Blakeslee has also been instrumental to helping things run smoothly with the property and the tenants. Did I mention she handles everything with a smile? She has been very understanding with our requests and has done an outstanding job taking care of both the tenants needs as well as ours! Also when there was an issue with the pressure regulator on the house, the CPM maintenance team was outstanding with getting the issue resolved ASAP for the tenant. They did a tremendous job with keeping the tenant happy and me informed making the whole process as quick and painless as possible. We will be moving back to our rental property next month as I recently accepted a job offer with a new company that will have us moving back to California. We are definitely pleased with our choice and would recommend Chamberlain for Property Management services and will not hesitate to use Chamberlain in the future! more
