We actually came in to look at a used car and realized that we knew everyone! We were treated like family and ended up being shown what was a better purchase for our family. We were treated with respect and we never felt like we were being worked over, pressured, or lied to in any way. We were impressed by the professionalism and honesty of all of the staff. more

My used 2007 explorer had some minor 6/1/2012

My used 2007 explorer had some minor issues to be fixed under warrenty...as i was bring the car in the rear window imploded as i was driving. i was a bit shaken as i came to the service department. valerie the service rep was very sympathetic and kind. she made sure that everythin g was looked at at my direction. more
