Great Company! 3/17/2012

We took several estimates from several companies. Chaffee was somewhere in the middle on price, but was at the top on service and quality. I'm finally figuring out that the cheapest quote isn't always the best option. Rex and his crew did an awesome job! more

James arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my system. Very reasonable price and very professional. Left things cleaner than when he arrived. The only company I'll use from now on. more

Terrible Company! 3/20/2011

I called them to repair my heat and paid the repairman in full. The next day when I went to use my heat it wasn't working. I called and called the company to come back because fix the problem I paid them to do. They never called back. They took my money and then did not stand behind their work. This company is a rip off and does not honor their work! more

Horrible Company!!!!!!!! 2/22/2011

Customers Beware! I called them out when my heat did not work. They did the job without consulting me first! After completing the work I was presented with a bill for $300. Several days later when the temperatures dropped again I found that my heat still wasn't working. I contacted the company many times for close to week without even a single return phone call. Even my messages left for the owner Rex went unanswered. When we contacted another company, we were told the reason out heat did not work was because of a simple problem. The new company fixed it and we have not had a problem since. Chaffee did not fix our heat, took our money and then left us in the cold. Terrible Company!!!!!!!! more
