One and only company you should go with! 10/1/2011

In today's day and age we need people we can trust and people who can help us with advice, knowledge, understanding, their time to listen at anytime of the day. I found that Certified Ratings is the company that has all these features. I needed help with a lot of issues that I could not solve and they really helped me to get where I am now! There are companies on line that do what they do, but believe me, nobody will treat you, help you and spend so much time with you explaining you things, like this company! more

You need a professional company. 9/16/2011

Not everybody knows how important our ratings and reputation online! I did not know myself until one of my friends said she is surprised I do not have any feedback from my clients on line and though i had clients i always thought that something was missing, that there is room for improvement, room for more business. Not having reviews is just as bad as having negative ones. I contacted Certified Ratings they instructed me what to do, they gave me special cards to be filled up by my customers. Very usefull, professional and reputable company! 6/4/2011

Thanks to internet we have lots of different choices of different companies, but we always look for the one that you can trust and the one that you can get the best customer service. For the last three month our business declined and we even had a client that said he will not use our services because of our ratings on Google and other sites. We told him that we have a lot of happy clients, yes, he said, but your negative reviews are there too! I have tried a different reputation management co before but i had to quit them because i did not get any results. I could never talk to a customer representative when i had a question. This co has an amazing customer service support and any time i call i get a personal treatment. Also they offer different options and different plans that can help your co to get more business and improve your reputation . more
