Dale called to alert us when he'd arrive (which was well within the time slot we'd been assigned). He immediately handed me his business card and got to work. He was professional, answered our questions, and vacuumed up the dust that was created from the installation of a ceiling fixture. more

Without a doubt, five stars for Certified Electric. My electrician, Matt, was excellent -- fast, efficient, effective and clearly very knowledgeable. He also gave me some suggestions for wireless technology so that I could avoid cutting into the wall and having to do wallboard patching. Such a relief to find a service company that you feel you can trust. more

This was my first time using CET. They were referred by a friend. I had a punch list of items that needed attention to prepare my house for being out up for sale. Alan was my guy and solved everything on my list with the least expensive solutions. I had bought a number of new units (ceiling lights and fans) in anticipation that replacement would be needed. Alan was able to fix the existing units and I happily returned the new units for a refund. I was very happy with the entire experience. more

We were very pleased with the whole exercise, which consisted of replacing a Service Entry Cable and a Service Panel Upgrade. Our electrical panels were installed improperly when the house was built and they actually passed inspection! Certified found a very creative way to correct the problems and resolved the issue in a very economical manner. From the first appointment with the estimator to the cleaning up after the job, everything was perfect. Punctual, within the time set and within the estimate. We highly recommend Certified to everyone who needs highly qualified professionals for their electrical needs. more

I made an appointment to have a ceiling fan switch repaired. Person I made the appointment with on the phone (Steve) was a bit cranky. I asked if I needed a special switch for a Hunter fan and was told on the phone they were all really the same- only two types. He seemed annoyed by questions and anxious to just get appointment booked. Technician got there within the time frame allotted, told me it might not work, tried it and only got 1 or 2 speeds depending on how he wired it. Technician said it was common problem. Having a fan in the bedroom that only runs at the highest speed wasn't really an attractive option. Ended up running to store at last minute to get new fan. Technician stayed longer to install it for me. Technician was very friendly and helpful. Wish they had told me on the phone that it might not completely repair the fan. A partial fix isn't really a fix in my mind. I would have been better prepared and it would have saved the technician some time if there had been better communication. I've used them in the past and had good experiences. Would likely use them again since technician was so helpful. more

We have had several service technicians over the last few years, all who have been mediocre at best. Today, Chuck Harlow came to repair our door bell. Both my wife and I were very impressed! Mr. Harlow was well dressed, very professional and very personable. He identified the issue in a very short amount of time and fixed the problem the first time. The high caliber of knowledge and professionalism displayed by Mr. Harlow speaks very highly of himself and Certified Electrical Technologies. An extremely satisfied customer. more
