This has got to be the most pathetic movie theater in Northern California. Lost in a time warp, an ugly 70's edifice that is a blight on the roadside. They choose movies for the lowest common denominator- independent, critic favorites will come for a day to the tiny theater and then be gone off the screen while low brow movies will dominate the main screen for weeks. The place has flooded more than once and has a funny damp smell in it. Sometimes the heat will go off in winter and you have to get a credit and come back another night- happened to me twice. If you are at the final show you may walk out of the theater to a huge mess of popcorn and cardboard boxes all over near the concession area because the crew has left that way- screams OSHA violation. For a while they had rent a cops that were quite pleasant, too. In sum, t he place is totally outdated and needs to be torn down- we deserve a state of the art theater that doesn't smell like a wet dog, Napans!
Pros: only gig in town
Cons: $4 dollar licorice is just the beginning
