Transmission went out in our vehicle. They took the time to give us options & other possible solutions before saying we had to replace the tranny. Ultimately we ended up needing to replace the transmission but it was nice that they were willing to try some less expensive options first. Overall great experience. more

SLOW AND DISPRSPECTFUL 1/25/2012

This is the worst customer service I have ever had in a car shop. I was lied to several times on the time it would take to work on my ONLY vehicle. The rep gave me every excuse under the sun on way my car that had been there for two days wasn't even looked at yet. He had to pick up his son, he was eating lunch, I was just waiting next to hear that he was getting his nails done! I believe he heard a feminine voice and instantly thought SUCKER I can tell her anything after all what's she going to do ??? After he hung up the phone on me, I picked up my truck today, and I'm never returning again. more
